• United States: 10-15 business days.
• International custom orders: Shipped via DHL, FedEx, or UPS for faster and reliable delivery.

What if the package doesn’t arrive?
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time or is missing after 15 business days, please contact us at support@crafthides.store. We will assist you in resolving the issue, including sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

How can I return/exchange my order?
Please note that custom-made orders (pants, shorts, jackets, or other personalized items) cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made specifically to your measurements.

For non-custom orders, returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
