Shipping Time:

Please note that custom orders may be shipped slightly later than expected due to the time required for crafting and clearance processing.Once processed, your order will be shipped via an environmentally friendly carrier that offsets carbon emissions.

  • Canada: 7 - 12 days

  • Other countries: 7 - 20 days

Please note that estimated delivery times may vary based on your location. While we’ll do our best to get your order to you quickly, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will be able to track your order through our email confirmation or by searching for your order here: Track My Order.

What if the package doesn’t arrive?
If you don't receive your package within 15 business days after it has shipped, please contact us at contact@crafthides.com. We'll either resend a new one to you or issue a full refund if your order went missing during transit.

How can I return/exchange my order?
We accept returns and exchanges for non-custom orders within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at contact@crafthides.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

Custom Orders: Please note that custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable as they are tailored to your specific measurements and preferences. We encourage you to double-check your measurements before placing a custom order to ensure the perfect fit.

Return shipping:
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. CraftHides does not accept responsibility for packages lost in transit.

Returns process:
The returns process must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
